In this way our decorators get a good idea of your style, dimensions and the color scheme in your home. Your wishes will be discussed with you and we will make an appointment in the store. On the basis of the ideas of our decorators, you will continue in consultation to put everything together according to your wishes. The extensive range in our store offers a wide choice of products and we go ahead for specific wishes.
Our colleague Barbara is a specialist in the field of interior advice and is happy to tell you more about why she likes this so much and what the challenge of each advice is.
Barbara: “Last May I had been employed by Ten Kate for 13 years. Time flies with all the nice things we see. The best thing about giving interior advice is to look together with the customer at the possibilities to make the house even cozier or to give the finishing touch that the house needs. Sometimes the interior looks slightly different with a small adjustment.
Giving tailor-made advice is a great challenge every time, according to Barbara. She explains: ‘Whether the customer ultimately likes it and whether we have delivered a surprising result is the challenge. It is always exciting to make sure that people are very happy that their house is finished properly and that the customer feels completely at home again. ”
It is important to bring every advice to a successful conclusion through everything to do everything to get the right products together. Barbara explains: “The advice is always in consultation with the customer as much as possible. A successful ending never comes entirely from myself, but also from the customer. The style and opinion of the customer are very important in the advice and I try to take that into account. ”
“Most customers come to our store with photos or we visit the customer and discuss their wishes. Then I go through the store together with the customer to look for suitable products. Finally, the customer takes care of the styling of the products themselves or we take the products with us and come to the customer’s home for styling. With this we bring every advice to a successful conclusion with a satisfied customer who is provided with a stylish interior. ”
