In collaboration with Elizen Vastgoed, ten Kate has been responsible for the Christmas decoration in the Oranjerie shopping center in Apeldoorn for years. The Christmas decorations bring warmth and cosiness to the covered shopping center in the cold December month. The shoppers get that cozy and fairytale feeling that belongs to the festive month.

The monumental office building of Elizen Vastgoed in Twello gets a different characteristic, Dickens-like appearance every year. For example, large pots with cowberry on columns and richly decorated garlands on the facade. The building is beautifully lit so that it can be admired from afar.
